Staff were friendly, and helpful, I was told about the free facilities and other offers at check in. Our room had a lovely view, no sign of construction or noise as mentioned by others. The room was modern, and spacous - and everything works. I'd give 5*

you get what you pay for. I decided to treat myself to a corner suite. The view was incredible, direct to the stadium (which is where I was headed to see Roger Waters), the room was well arranged, the room was very quiet, as was the whole hotel, I loved the executive floor, nibbles and breakfast. Checkout was effortless, and all staff in executive floor could not have been more charming and happy to chat to a solo bloke going to a rock concert! The hotel was great - the room was lovely, not massive but more than adequate. The look of the hotel was really nice, very clean and contemporary. The price was very good value for money - although a little out of central London it really wasn't a problem as the tube station is just round the corner and goes straight in on the Piccadilly line.
