Corridor to the rooms very quiet and beautiful carpet and lighting. Room massive and very comfortable felt very posh. staff were more than kind and with us in no time to help us with the safe that we lock by accdient. price was very reasonable for the standard. I will definately be returing to this hotel and spa.

An amazing hotel, we would happily live there. We stayed in room 211 a one bedroom appartment and it was perfect. A tv in the lounge and bedroom a great kitchen and huge rooms. Staff were lovely and there is a small gym. All the doors are fire doors so you can't hear a peep from anyone else.
location is perfect, only a few streets from a main street with Sainsbury's a spar etc then another two minute walk to the arndale centre. A very short walk to town and the train station yet on a quiet str

We loved the apartment. We got upgraded to a larger apartment than we paid for so we were thrilled. My mother made the comment: looks like they just finished it, it is so clean! We stayed in a Premier room which had the most comfortable and huge bed I have ever slept in. The room was very clean and modern and the bathroom was tastefully decorated. The Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to park straight outside the entrance (Saturday evening to Sunday pm) for free. Great Hotel. - The staff were extremely fri

The whole experience was excellent!the staff were hyper friendly and helpful,the one bed apartment was very big and I could have been on a spacious bungalow ,not a flat!

Fantastic value for money in a perfect location. This was quite literally a home from home with every thing you need. Two very comfortable bedrooms so as a whole cheaper than having two hotel rooms, but also get lounge and fully equipped kitchen!
