  The hotel location was great, only a few mins walk from the tube, the room was great, clean and spacious and the value for money was great! Would definalety stay here again! - I only stayed overnight but the room facilities were excellent.

  The location is really good. It takes just 1 minute from the Vauxhall station. There are 03 supper market near the building which are Tesco express in the ground floor, Sainsbury and Waitro are cross the road so it really convenient.   Nice check in experience - after asking staff about our welcome bottle of wine it arrived on ice to our room within minutes. An excellent way to start a night out. Room service was reduced by 25% between 3 and 5pm so had some food too. King Prawn Ceasar salad was great. Don't expect a great river view unless you have paid extra, perfect location... hva folk sier » for all the main tourist activities in London. - Room was very clean and comfortable. The concierge was extremely helpfulin helping us with transport to the airport, as well as with suggestionsfor a nice restaurant. The kitchen is also very good. It was the besthotel that I've ever stayed at in London.

  I found this Hotel excellent value, the staff were really lovely and very helpful. I felt really at home.   Et hotell med god standard. Grei beliggenhet. Serviceinnstilte medarbeidere. Kan godt tenke meg å bruke hotellet ved en senere anledning. Anbefales :-) - The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinent... hva folk sier » al Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras were in the room and included in price (apart from prices for the mini bar) ie: free internet access, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, bath robes, mini bar, basket of goodies. There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.
