  Location... not far from Queen Street station by taxi and as we were going to a concert in the SECC being able to walk via the walkway was a huge benefit. Despite the hotel being really busy the staff were efficent and very chatty. I have never slept in a bed so big and comfy before.   It was an excellent hotel with good facilities. It is ideal for all types of travellers. good walking distance to the city centre. the room was well presented and of a good size. - The layout of the room and facilities contained within it , ie tv , dvd and cd player. The faciltiy of obtaining loaned dvd's fromt he reception was also a good idea.

  The rooms were of a luxurious standard and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was amazing and the plates and food were piping hot. The staff were very attentive and having a swimming pool was great!   Very comfortable rooms, staff extremely helpful, food in bistro excellent. I stayed at the hotel with my daughter and the continental breakfast for one was actually enough for both of us.   The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was a mistake with the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a deduction taken off our bill. The bed was very comfortable and although we both prefer a bath the shower was excellent. We liked the cocktail menu and range of rums. - Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel was nice and quite at night so allowed for a great nights sleep. Complimentary minibar was a nice touch too.
