We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June
& July 2013.
The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area.

The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive
ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed
in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door.
Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in
area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15-
20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar
Square.

Har bodd på veldig mange hotell i London, ofte i de vanlige turiststrøkene. Men dette var et utrolig bra London hotell, til ok pris. - Fine rom, bra renhold, tv, hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte!

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

Clean and tidy. Great value for the money. Stayed several times at different Premier Inn hotels and always have had a good experience.
The surrounding area has not much to offer, but the inner districts of London is easily accessible with tube or bus. We traveled from Heathrow with the piccadilly line and changed trains at Kings Cross to get to the hotel. Was easy enough even with a large suitcase. But is probably not to recommend in worst rush hours.

We had a fantastic stay here. It is just 7/9 mins walk from London Bridge Tube along a street with cafes, art galleries, boutiques and pubs. Tower Bridge is a 10 minute walk and London Bridge tube is 4/5 stops from Kings Cross on the Northern Line. The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush. The A/C worked fine and kept us quite cool. The location was fantastic. Easy walking to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, London Eye. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport.
