Corridor to the rooms very quiet and beautiful carpet and lighting. Room massive and very comfortable felt very posh. staff were more than kind and with us in no time to help us with the safe that we lock by accdient. price was very reasonable for the standard. I will definately be returing to this hotel and spa.

An amazing hotel, we would happily live there. We stayed in room 211 a one bedroom appartment and it was perfect. A tv in the lounge and bedroom a great kitchen and huge rooms. Staff were lovely and there is a small gym. All the doors are fire doors so you can't hear a peep from anyone else.
location is perfect, only a few streets from a main street with Sainsbury's a spar etc then another two minute walk to the arndale centre. A very short walk to town and the train station yet on a quiet str

We loved the apartment. We got upgraded to a larger apartment than we paid for so we were thrilled. My mother made the comment: looks like they just finished it, it is so clean! We stayed in a Premier room which had the most comfortable and huge bed I have ever slept in. The room was very clean and modern and the bathroom was tastefully decorated. The whole experience was excellent!the staff were hyper friendly and helpful,the one bed apartment was very big and I could have been on a spacious bungalow ,not a flat!
So nice to be a able to open windows and let some air in!

i really could not fault anything about the hotel, the only thing i would say is that we found it slightly hard to find as it had no signs up but when we rang the hotel they helped us in any way they could. The member of staff we dealt with could not have been any more helpor more polite, we already know we are coming back next year!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
