Perfect location, lovely and quiet to relax and yet one street from the town centre and two streets from the promenade and pier.   I have stayed at the Manor Hotel for the past 4 years and have always thooughly enjoyed my stay there, the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. the hotel itself has recently had a facelift and been redecorated etc, not that there was anythng wong with the old decoration, rooms are lovely and cosy. Food was delicious and plentiful both at breakfast and when I chose to dine there in the evenings.
