  The reception guy we met twice over the two days we were there was a consumate professional yet at the same time, sincere and gave us a lovely warm welcome !! The complimentary water we got while waiting briefly to book in was a very nice touch. They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

We enjoyed our stay and would go back any day. The location was perfect for us we could walk anyway we needed to go, even down to Westminster. The breakfast was plentiful and - staff is very helpful.I booked a room with shared toilets for 53GBP.But it was in upstairs as I couldn't climb up there they gave me a single room with attached bathroom close to the main entrance.breakfast is ok.If I go to london I will definitely stay there because it suits my budget
