  Warm and welcoming. Food excellent except for one entree and lack of chef for breakfast early one morning but choices were great. Fantastic location especially for original tour bus and St Pauls and Waterloo station although directions from station could have been clearer or more precise it took us three attempts.   We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June & July 2013. The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area. All staff were very friendly, helpful and effic... hva folk sier » ient. They put themselves out to assist us. Each room we stayed in was different ranging from typical "European" size to larger than what you would e - Great location on the Thames, views of St Paul's , the Gherkin and The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door. Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15- 20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar Square.

  Reception staff were really lovely, helpful and smiley all the time and all of them! Loved the location so near the Millennium Footbridge...great to stroll across the Thames every morning and an equally great walk from Tate to London Eye/Big Ben or in the other direction to Tower Bridge. Only had to wait for a table once (out of three - The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.

  The Hotel is in a great location, we travel with two young kinds and we went from the airport to the hotel using the underground with no issues at all. Very short walk from the tube exit. The underground station has a great and convenient schedule so hotel is in perfect place to sightsee the city and leverage public transportation. No surprises. - Clean and tidy. Great value for the money. Stayed several times at different Premier Inn hotels and always have had a good experience. The surrounding area has not much to offer, but the inner districts of London is easily accessible with tube or bus. We traveled from Heathrow with the piccadilly line and changed trains at Kings Cross to get to the hotel. Was easy enough even with a large suitcase. But is probably not to recommend in worst rush hours.
