Rob and Vicky made us feel welcome from the minute we made the booking, they were able to provide information that made our travel arrangements work better. Unlike the other guest houses I looked into, the room I booked was the
room I had. It was very roomy and comfortable. The staff was very
friendly and accommodating. I inquired via email about a room refrigerator-
even though Valentine's didn't have one, I was told when I
arrived that my suggestion was taken and some were ordered
(unfortunately the company couldn't deliver it for my visit). Also,
I got a 2 page email with tourist suggestions after asking for some

Nice room, very comfortable single bed (maybe a bit small, my mum fell when she was rolling over) and very quiet.
Good breakfast with self serving coffe/tea, juice, cereal and yogurt. I had scrable eggs on toast, but you can get a full Scottish breakfast.
Staff very friendly. I'd like to stay longer to interact with them.
Definitely I'll came again.

Eveything, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was superb and the rooms were beautiful, once we had figured out where the twon centre was it was an easy walk an we throughly enjoyed our stay and will deffiantely return. - Staff were excellent. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfasts.

I arrived at a very unusual time. Whilst I didn't meet a member of staff the help I received over the phone was fantastic. This is a value for money hotel, which is what I wanted. Was very quite at night. - The apartment was lovely, and the staff were very helpful, allowing is into our rooms early so that we could get ready for a wedding. I made several calls prior the trip to ensure that we could get a high chair and cot for our baby and the staff remembered me and were very friendly. - The apartment was fantastic, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was stocked with basic essentials. Parking was great too. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definately use this apartment/hotel complex again.
