  Et hotell med god standard. Grei beliggenhet. Serviceinnstilte medarbeidere. Kan godt tenke meg å bruke hotellet ved en senere anledning. Anbefales :-) - The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinent... hva folk sier » al Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras were in the room and included in price (apart from prices for the mini bar) ie: free internet access, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, bath robes, mini bar, basket of goodies. There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

  Once entering the hotel, we felt welcome greeted by friendly,smiling faces, from the staffs. As well as, from the guests. Our room was great; trendy, clean and comfortable. I also had a Spa treatment, at the hotel. Once entering the Spa, the staff at reception were warm and welcoming. I've personally got to give Customer Service, 10 out - Check-in fast, Alessandro excellent and poised, notified us of upgrade to studio.Thanks Booking!! Central location made business and shopping a breeze, using tube from Waterloo station (our side of bridge), or short walk to Westminster station. We were no more than 3 stops from all appointments.
