The large spacious rooms were an immediate visual impact. This was reflected in the furniture and soft well defined fabrics. The opulance of the bathroom was also an eye grabber. Good decor, well maintained & equiped. The kitchen had washing machine, dishwasher, enough crockery, cutlery, utensils for 4 people (including choping board, cloths, cleaning products etc..). Very secure building/entry & free private parking. Free wi-fi.
Great views of the city/river all lit up at night. Very warm welcome, helpful and personal attention.

Very spacious apartment, good location. But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.

Vi var alle meget godt fornøyd med oppholdet, spesielt de store og luftige rommene og deres renhetsstandard. Flyselskapet vi reiste med hadde endret avreisetidspunkt for hjemreisen vår slik at vi måtte forlate hotellet kl. 03.30 og så tidlig går det ikke tog på en søndags morgen. This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed
