I booked 3 nights here as price was right. Room small and sparse but adequate for our simple needs.
The hotel is under a car park and besides a casino, bowling alley and cinema, like a mini mall enclave.
As this is budget stay - you pay for extras. Save 2 quids if you don't get room serviced during your extended stay.
Internet is 3 quids for 2 timed hours and signal available at the breakfast hall on 6th. It is fast though so that was fine.

The manager, John, cares greatly about people living there and has a great sense of humour. It was great chatting with him and getting more to know about Scotland in general. With his customer-first mindset, he has made the stay really enjoyable because breakfast is personalized to one's taste. The room is also really neat and clean even though it was not really big. Nice bathroom and all. All in all, staying in Onslow Guest House is a good highlight of my trip after staying in larger accommoda

great service. room was made up even when we left the room as late as 1 pm - The beds were super king size, this was fantastic. The whole hotel was spotless, and the location was fantastic as we had tickets for the SECC. Breakfast was lovely too. - Hotel was in excellent position for SECC.
