  Personalet var veldig hyggelig. Vi kom til Leeds i bil og hadde litt problem med å finne veien. Vi ringte hotellet og fikk guide hjelp hele veien frem til hotellet.Vi fikk senere vite at Leeds er en veldig vanskelig by å kjøre i. - I was very impressed with the layout of the room (seperate toilet and shower room for 2+ guests, sit down shower/bath ... hva folk sier » for comfort etc) and the colour scheme of the room, the sheets were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Our rooms were clean and close to the very swift lift and it was very easy to feel at home. The staff were friendly and helpful if we needed anything. - Clean ,comfortable, quiet, hotel.We had booked through an internet site for £59 but then saw your Autumn offer for £59 including breakfast.I was very impressed with your customer service who agreed without hesitation to include the breakast as a sign of good will.Excellent hotel which i would use again and recommend to others.

  Though art deco is not really my style, I chose it just because it was the only hotel in the city center with no serious negative guest reviews. And indeed, the hotel was perfect in all aspects: friendly staff, spacious and well equipped room, clean, great location and view at a very good price. The food in the restaurant was excellent and you could not be located closer to the train station if you tried!   The hotel was small so we were checked in quickly and helped with the FREE car parking! The room was around the same standard as a premier inn with heated bathroom floors and a very comfy bed. The hotel itself looked like a converted house and the entrance and dining area were very homely looking. We were using this hotel as we had booked to do a ... hva folk sier » cocktail making class and have tapas at a nearby bar called Bar7, this was 5 mins walking and then we got a taxi into leeds town centre approx 2-3 min - A family hotel whose staff were amazingly helpful and attentive - even swapping us to a ground-floor room (due to a broken ankle) without needing to be asked and despite its being a family room rather than the twin we had booked! Delicious breakfast, with generous variety (both continental and cooked). Superb location for the universities - just across the road. Right on bus route for shopping or bus/coach/train stations. Yet a feeling of being in the country - "at home" in the country. Thank
