  Very nice and spaceous room, good bed and the AC was very responsive. Cool design and perfect location. The service was excellent. - Loved the spa, the building itself is very nice, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. - Will stay here again, lovely hotel, very central, lovely staff, well worth every penny or cent!!!

  we actually got upgraded into the 'Hidden Gems' apartments next door because the owner had double booked our room. the apartment was amazing, and had a brilliant view from the balcony. the customer service was really good, we were met by someone who works for the apartments, and he took us to our apartment. - right in heart of manchester

  Really convenient hotel in central Manchester. It was really clean, and warm enough in mid-February when it was pretty cold out. It was quick to check-in and the staff were really nice. There were big windows, which was nice an - The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully.   We stayed in a Premier room which had the most comfortable and huge bed I have ever slept in. The room was very clean and modern and the bathroom was tastefully decorated. The Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to park straight outside the entrance (Saturday evening to Sunday pm) for free.   we absolutely loved dreamhouse apartments! 6 of us girls went for the wkend and it honestly couldnt of been better. the rooms were great and very comfortable and the kitchen lovely and new. spa bath was amazing! we were in Liverpool rd one and it was great location as close to all the shops and bars and clubs! fantastic would definitely recommend ... hva folk sier » this place and be returning next time im in Manchester! - It was a really well furnished, and well appointed aparatment in a great position. Good size and lovely touches such as tea/coffee, milk in the fridge etc. Would really recommend as an alternative to a hotel giving much more freadom. The restaurant downstairs is also great!
