  Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. It looked like hotel had been upgraded recently. I really enjoyed my stay, and thought it was value for money. Overall, I had a really good experience of Hotel... hva folk sier » Lily. It's a great place for families, backpackers, and tourists who are out during the day. I would definitely stay again. - Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

  Very friendly and obliging staff and it was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in and will definitely check in there again next time I stay in London - our room had direct access to a garden,was very clean,and the hotel was near to all the amenities you need,and had very good transport link's

  self contained with all needed kitchen facilities for cooking, ironing facilities, good shower, very clean and well cared, staff very polite and helpful, very close to Hammersmith tube and bus station, good commerce nearby, pubs and restaurants, close to the Thames River for a nice walk alongside and a meal or beer at The Dove. And finally, an... hva folk sier » attractive price. I will definitely try to stay here next time I am back to London. - We had a whole apartment in a small space. It was done well though and so did not feel cramped, yet fit everything in that we could have asked for. (Having a full kitchen was impressive.) And all this was for a much better price than many of the other hotels. Room was perfectly clean and the owners/staff were friendly and helpful. Close to many pubs, shopping centre and the metro.. it doesn't get much better. Thanks Aviva Studios!

  Hotel location was easy to find. Price was quite cheap for hotel locating quite near to center of the city. - The location of the hotel being so close to the Tube Station isexcellent and perfect for me. The friendly staff made my stay veryenjoyable.

  The room was very clean and bright with a comfortable bed. The hotel was just what you’d expect a two star hotel to be nothing fancy but all the basics catered for and in a lovely period building.   The staff was very friendly. the room was basic and very clean. it had all we needed to spend 3 days in london. The breakfast simple and good: apple and orange juices, water, 3 types of cereals, bread, butter and 5 types of jam, green tea, red berries tea, london tea, grey tea. cofee, cappucino. In the area you can find a supermarket, starbucks, pubs, the indian restaurant masala zone, the noodle bar waga - Very friendly and helpful staff, always ready to solve any problems for you. Rooms really cosy, tidy and cleaned every day; towels also changed every day. And there was a hairdrier as well as central heating on when needed (which was great in rather cold month of May). Breakfasts were ok - toasts, jam, honey, milk and cornflkes with a variety of hot and cold drinks to choose from. Close to the underground station. An excellent place to travel around London in different directions within zones
