The staff were very friendly and accomodating from the start. Staff helping with the luggage up the stairs was a nice suprise.
The bed was one of the most comfortable i've slept on.
The price was good.
Option to leave bags in storage area.
Breakfast included.

All the staff were friendly, I was travelling alone and felt safe &
secure here. On checking in I was given an emergency number that I could
call 24hours - was told that if I got lost finding hostel at night they
will help. This was very good. Wifi was available throughout hostel. The
cleanliness was to a very high standard.

I went there with mixed feelings. Before we went, the children were saying, maybe we should have booked somewhere else. But when we got there, we were pleasantly surprised.
