  We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location.   We went to London for a weekend, as me and my girlfriend love the city. We especially liked the location - few minutes walk from Farringdon tube/rail station. So we had no problems getting around the city. We booked a studio. It was good overall, however showing signs of wear and tear. The staff was very friendly and helpful. - Exceptional quality, Comfortable and Clean. Close to tube 2-3 minutes. Staff very accommodating and provided extra bedding to make use of the extra large sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. Can opener, wine opener, set of 5 high quality knives, induction hob,good quality crockery and cutlery. Atleast 5 taverns/pubs and coffee,snack bars within a minutes walk.
