  The location - just 10 min walk into the heart of the city (and the new Cabot Circus shopping center which my wife and daughter both loved)! The hotel staff were all very friendly and very efficient and gave excellent and professional customer service at all times. Although the bathroom was quite small - the actual bedroom was quite spacious and th... hva folk sier » e bed very comfy! - We only stayed one night but the room was as we expected and only a short walk from pubs and resturants, staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a drink in the hotel bar.   To start off I would say that you cant find a better location, a better sized and CLEAN room in this price, barring you plan and book atleast 2 months in advance. I had a wonderful stay here with my family (my infant daughter included). The rooms are very spacy considering the average size of rooms in the UK, are cozy, the bathroom is large with all the ame - Totally love this hotel. Located in a peaceful street. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. My father left his phone in the room after we checked out and only realised about it when we arrived at the Bristol airport. I called the receptionist and she quickly run upstairs to the room and search for the phone. She kept the phone safe for us until my friend claimed it on behalf of us.
