  The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

  Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. - Clean & Tidy, very freindly & well presented staff. Restaurant food quality was exception... hva folk sier » al. Close to beach, walks & shopping. We've stayed in Bournemouth a number of times and this is the best yet. Will be back again.

  The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel.   polite and helpfull staff who would go out of their way to assist and room service at 1am was excellent. - good carparking, excellent suite of rooms with sea view at front of hotel which was an unexpected bonus
