Great location (only a 10 walk from Bath centre) and easy to find. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The view from the window looked out onto a very unique gar - Queen Charlottes Orangery is unique. It is like stepping into a fairy tale with its' beautiful furnishings and garden. We were made to feel extremely welcome by Greg who showed us to our room called Sofia which was absolutely delightful with a four poster bed and all the comforts one would expect from a four/five star hotel. Unfortunately we didn't meet Denise on this occasion but Greg proved to be a very warm and amusing host and provided great breakfasts. He also provided us with a park
