A really superb location, decent but cheap breakfast, really clean and appears well managed. I would definitely recommend it to others if you are not hoping for anything too fancy. Bed was already made which is unusual for a hostel. -

We had a fantastic week in St. Cristopher Village.
The hostel is in a very central position and it's very simple to move, furthermore the area is not completely dead at night, as it seems for the most of the City, and if your on holiday that matters.
We found out that the hostel was surprisingly clean, even though it's completely administered by

Helpful and friendly staff, clean room, very simple but good breakfast,
great atmosphere. 15 minutes on foot from Big Ben, Tower Bridge and The
Tower (however, we walk quite fast so it can take app. 20-25 min.).
Underground station "London Bridge" 3 minutes from the
hostel. Free internet access (well-working). £35 for one person for two
nights in the last weekend of April in London is in my opinion really
good price.

Location! Right next to Somerset House. 5 min walk to Temple underground tube. No frills but no unexpected nasty bits. Tea/coffee in room, towels provided, there was clean bedding. Breakfast was good, cereal, toast, juice and tea and coffee as much as you'd like. There was stairs but we didn't mind. We arrived at 10am and our room had already been cleaned so we were told to go straight in. Lovely. Would stay here again

In short, I liked the hostel staff, the overall cleanlyness, the beds (good even for someone over 100kg), location was just perfect, night time security was professional. 1. Great location so you are in picadilly circus or tower bridge within max 20 minutes
2. Very close to elephant and castle station within 5 minutes walk
3. Lovely geen yard when you walk through the gate so you can lay on the grass and enjoy the fresh air

Great place to be, well located and reasonably priced, bright and friendly hostel, situated at 5 minute walk from Elephant & Castle Underground station.
