  bra rom,sentralt - Everything This was our sixth two week stay at your hotel. We would not consider staying anywhere else as l,ong as you will have us. The staff was fiendly and made us feel welcomed - So close to the Victoria Theatre and Tube station it was unbelievable! A very enjoyable stay!!

We were in difficulties due to cancellation of our cruise and she gave us every assistance to reorganise our itinerary and gave us information on local transport and activities. Cereal, pastrys, fruit, juice, cheese, bread, milk, coffee, selection of teas, biscuits. Free wifi. There is a computer if you need to print something off. It is in the main office.   This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget. It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room. Each staff member was friendly and efficient. Free WiFi was easy to connect to. Bed was small for 2 but comfy. Overall the room has state of the art technology making it very echo friendly. It was rather impressive! Excellent location and only a 5 min walk from Victoria Station.   This is the second time we have stayed at The Sanctuary House and was again fantastic, if not better. We stayed in an executive room so got a four post king size bed that you can get lost in and would recommend paying the little extra for the executive rooms. Anbefales :-) - The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.
