We stay in B&B's at least once a month and this place is the best we've ever stayed in. A B&B with a feel of a 5 star hotel. From the amazing decor, furniture and king size bed to the fantastic peaceful garden. We were blown away by the quality of this place and we'll definately be staying again! -

An absolute joy to stay in; for the price it was fantastic, so much so I will always try to book my time in Hull there! 5 mins walk from the good part of the town. - It's cosy, clean, excellent value and there is so much to eat for breakfast it could keep you going 'till tea. mattress which meant I slept well and woke up feeling refreshed without
back pain.
The landlady kindly rescued us by photocopying a six page document that was need for a meeting. this was done very graciously and at no charge. The breakfast was excellent.

Position was great for some shopping. Plenty of places to eat out. All staff offered an excellent service. The breakfast was fabulous: lots of choice and plenty of it. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up some mornings. A great weekend. Would stay here again.
