  The staff were exceptional in every manner. Each one we spoke to were very polite and accomodating, especially when booking out as we were leaving at 6am the next morning and they prepared a fantastic breakfast which was delivered 30mins before we departed at 5:30am. The reception staff were very polite and helpful, the staff in the breakfast room... hva folk sier » always had time for us, never rushed. - The room was excellent; clean, bed comfy, tea/coffee/chocolate making facilities, information about the area in a folder, room service brilliant, breakfast included was excellent and you could have as much as you liked. Staff very polite and helpful, could not fault anything.

  Excellent. Staff very helpful as we needed an early start good layout of accommodation we were not disturbed by any noise from the bar or restaurant area. We will be returning and have passed details on to others in our party who were staying elsewhere - Very large well equipped room in character building adjacent to character pub but no noise from... hva folk sier » pub.   This is how a Guest House should be run! Extremely friendly, attentive owners who go the extra mile but are never intrusive. Breakfasts are amazing - top quality produce, excellent presentation and lots of it! It was quite easy to park and only 5 minutes walk into town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

  The apartments were newly refurbished and done very nicely. A nice touch was that fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar and things like tea towels and dishwasher tablets/washing up liquid were provided. The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean and I'm sure all the rooms will be a similar standard . As the name suggests the property is on a hillside.
