  The room was extremely comfortable and we were very impressed with the size of the room and the HUGE bed we had! The hotel is in a fantastic location for the town. We would definately stay at this hotel again. - it was near to the center of inverness with a beautiful view of the river ness and castle.the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean... hva folk sier » and fresh and the meals were to die for.

  Staff super friendly- I work in hospitality service (ski resort a la cArte restaurant), so very sensitive to good or bad service , room up to date and clean, ate in the hotel- food was fine, I had the mushroom risotto which was said to have wild/Forrest mushrooms but came with run of the mill button mushrooms. The hotel in general had a nice cosy feel to it. Excellent staff, extremely helpful, cheery friendly and efficient, I travel a fair bit and these were the best I had encountered in quite a while.   The staff were very polite and helpfull. The rooms were lovely and clean and and we weren't put in a cheap room just because it was out of season and low cosr. We had a room with a lovely view of the river! - I though the hotel had excellant cleanliness and was very central to clubs and pubs made for a perfect day

  Dont judge the hotel from the outside which looks tired and dated once inside you are in for a pleasant suprise. The foyer and reception area are bright and modern and the staff pleasant and helpfull. Our rooms were spotless and well equipped. All in all a great hotel and excellent value for money.
