  there's no negative enivorment in the hotel, as they are helpful if any concerns araises and canteen is spot on for our needs. as some people may had bad times there.well my point is if get off a bad start, it should be sorted. so we will using them again in future so staff keep up the standards. - We arrived late evening but got transport to the h... hva folk sier » otel very quickly, the staff were very helpfull and the brekfast was excellent!

  Beautiful property with high end modern décor. We were made to feel very welcome and cannot fault this accommodation or the lovely breakfast with superb views. Only a few minutes to Edinburgh yet this luxury B&B was a quiet country retreat from the city bustle.
