  This is so good a B&B that you'll find yourself thinking of any excuse to return! We booked because we couldn't find any vacancies closer to City centre-well thank goodness!! Ian & Karen have really thought this one out-in all respects. Their friendly(but not patronising or fussing) attitude helped us relax & feel at ease as soon as we arrived.
