  I thought all the staff were friendly, professional and courteous. They certainly exceeded my expectations in terms of their customer service. They are a credit to Premier Inn and I would certainly recommend Great Glen to anyone staying in the area. - We asked for a quiet room and got one - well done! The room was really quiet.
