  The staff were definitely the best about the hotel, very friendly and extremely helpful.   From my first moment in the hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked what the occasion was and I told them it was my husbands birthday. We had a turret in our room and i especially liked the small table and 2 chairs situated in it so that you can be cosy and have a good view of the gardens and beyond. The bathroom was spotless and the king sized bed was very comfortable for both of us. The staff could not be have been nicer. - I was only there for one night arriving in the evening and then off in the morning so didn't get enough time to spend using the hotel facilities. However the new conservatory and food there was good value and comfortable. The newly refurbished room(s) are tastefully done and facilities excellent.
