the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a
deduction taken off our bill. The bed was very comfortable and although

Vi var alle meget godt fornøyd med oppholdet, spesielt de store og luftige rommene og deres renhetsstandard. Flyselskapet vi reiste med hadde endret avreisetidspunkt for hjemreisen vår slik at vi måtte forlate hotellet kl. 03.30 og så tidlig går det ikke tog på en søndags morgen. Location... not far from Queen Street station by taxi and as we were going to a concert in the SECC being able to walk via the walkway was a huge benefit. It was an excellent hotel with good facilities. It is ideal for all types of travellers. good walking distance to the city centre. the room was well presented and of a good size. - The layout of the room and facilities contained within it , ie tv , dvd and cd player. The faciltiy of obtaining loaned dvd's fromt he reception was also a good idea.

The location is excellent as it is situated directly in the city centre.
The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with a great layout
and fantastic city view. There is also good accessibility with the lifts
present in the building. The apartment is well equipped with all the
necessary appliances. It was excellent that free luggage storage was

The arrangement of the room was lovely. And, our room service dinner was spectacular. Equally, I held a meeting in the bar area and all worked to complete satisfaction. I would recemmond this hotel to anyone. Additionally, the close proximity to city center, the Queen's St station ( my arrival point) and Central Station (my departure point) work
