Veldig god service - Easy to check in, made to feel very welcome. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Room was very comfortable and the tea and coffee was very welcome! Sentral beliggenhet. - relaxed environment,friendly staff, I travel across the UK on business and like these new Premier hotels. Can you give me details of hotels in the Highlands and London - Lovely helpful receptionist and bar staff. Hotel was lovely and quiet, which is unusual for a city-centre hotel, especially on a Saturday night!

Staff were very friendly. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. I had a great sleep, no noise at all and I could see the motorway but didn't hear the traffic, not that there's a lot overnight anyway.

Great location. We only had a short stay in Glasgow unfortunately (1
night), but this hotel was one of the most comfortable we stayed in
during our two-week trip through the uk. A very pleasant and friendly
staff member greeted us on arrival and assisted us with the automated
check-in process. We were very happy with the room - quiet, comfortable,
clean and spacious, with a great view across Glasgow from the 14th
floor. Excellent sound insulation - very solid.
