we were treated brilliantly from check in to checkout by the same member of staff who also served breakfast .Chris was very helpfull when we first arrived showing us all the places we were wanting to visit on a map which invaluable to us.He showed interest in us and at breakfast he asked how we had enjoyed our night .He was very good his job and

Very big rooms!!!! So you have a lot of space for your luggage etc. You can really feel and see that this is a brand new hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return! PS, they don't have a car park, but it is not a problem as they have a lot of vey cheap parking facilities just around the corner.

great service. room was made up even when we left the room as late as 1 pm - The beds were super king size, this was fantastic. The whole hotel was spotless, and the location was fantastic as we had tickets for the SECC. Breakfast was lovely too. - Hotel was in excellent position for SECC. Sentral beliggenhet. - relaxed environment,friendly staff, I travel across the UK on business and like these new Premier hotels. Can you give me details of hotels in the Highlands and London - Lovely helpful receptionist and bar staff. Hotel was lovely and quiet, which is unusual for a city-centre hotel, especially on a Saturday night!

Great location. We only had a short stay in Glasgow unfortunately (1
night), but this hotel was one of the most comfortable we stayed in
during our two-week trip through the uk. A very pleasant and friendly
staff member greeted us on arrival and assisted us with the automated
check-in process. We were very happy with the room - quiet, comfortable,
clean and spacious, with a great view across Glasgow from the 14th
floor. Excellent sound insulation - very solid.
