The apartment was simply amazing! Everything that one needs for a few days was there. A complimentary choice of coffee and tea was included. Also there was a milk box in the fridge. The apartment was spacious, clean and very modern. Within the walking distance from the center. Since we arrived late we had to pickup the keys from a locker at a different location but this was perfectly arranged. alle vurderinger »
The apartment is very spacious and well equipped.
Underneath the apartment complex is a Sainsbury supermarket were you can get almost everything you need. There are also a Starbucks and Peter's Yard where you can sit down and relax with a cup of good coffee.
Location is at walking distance from the city center and located at the edge of the Meadows.
The apartment we stayed in was just perfect. Design-wise it is amazing! Bedrooms were large, beds and sheets so comfy, living room/kitchen/dining room made you not wanting to go outside. :-)

Perfect place to stay - can walk everywhere. Has secure underground parking - a bonus. A modern, clean apartment with a grocery store on the bottom floor - this made picking up groceries so easy.

Immaculate, modern and well equipped apartment in a great location. Beautiful view of the Pentlands. Tea, coffee and a pint of milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Would book again.

When issues were highlighted to office they were sorted.

Some kitchenaries weren't cleaned. Some of the sliding doors couldn't be left open due to the fact that they kept sliding back.
A bit noisy in the morning due to resuppliance of the Sainsbury.

Although the apartment was hug quality, The kitchen was not well equipped with basic items, tea towels salad bowl not enough cutlery placemats serving dishes etc.
Pity about the leaking radiator. And loose mirror propped randomly in the bedroom?!.
Having to get keys from different location on a busy road with limited parking and then car parking was very confusing. But once in apartment was great.
Directions were poor and place hard to find. Wi-fi was a bit cheap.

Office not close to apartment and difficult to park whilst collecting and returning the key.
We were in a ground floor apartment and the windows would not open.
There was a slight smell when we arrived (think it was from what
previous occupants had been cooking). Took a while for the smell to
disappear.
Staff did not resolve our problem quickly when we could not use the
parking. Bath was too high to get in and out of easily. No information
on how to use anything or where anything was.
Could do with a booklet with key contact numbers, wi fi password, local recommended takeaways etc.
Problem with hot water. Not fixed until late on 3rd day so two out of three nights didnot get hot shower!
Beds uncomfortable needs mattress topper on twins made as double.
