The apartment is beautifully furnished and set in a great location opposite the meadow, only a 10 min walk from the castle and the Royal Mile and everything else you would want to visit. Sainsburys is very close by and there is also a lovely place to have breakfast (Peters Yard) right next to the apartment. Would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Edinburgh.

The apartment was lovely - felt right at home, however the parking was
very expensive but we manage to find cheap parking away from the
apartment not too far away, about 10 minutes walk. Flor was nice and
text as soon as we arrived to ask how everything was going.
excellent location to Univ. of Edinburgh and City. convenience store nearby, clean and comfortable for a couple stay!!!!.

Being very picky...the apartment felt a little cold (we were there in April)....the heating worked fine, but it was switched off when we entered and they advise you not to change the settings throughout your stay.
Parking too expensive but cheaper parking across the park area if you
dont mind walking 10mins.

The staff at the Concierge Office could be a little friendlier and welcoming. This is the only minus point.
The rooms were very small and though the area is lovely and quiet this made any noise in the surrounding apartments loud. Mugs rather than cups would be good too.
carpet in bedroom was not clean. Only 1 hand towel for 2 people.
No proper table and chairs.
