  I had a querrie with our booking so I asked to put through to the recption desk. I spoke to a lady called Helen who I found to be extremly helpful, friendly and professional. She very quickly sorted the problem and made for a very relaxed and stress free drive up. On arrivall we were welcomed by Heather who was in every way as professional, frienl... hva folk sier » y and helpful as Helen. These two and the young man that was on the front desk when we came back from the resturant, are a credit to the company. We w - I came back from a function at 2 am and was greeted by Heather at reception. I was hungry and she was extremely helpful in finding a take away which was still open, and even delivered the food to my room when it arrived. She was very professional and friendly and a credit to your compnay.

  They were very accomodating in more wys than one. They made our grandson very welcome and made him feel important. The museum attached to the hotel and the airfield made it extra special too. - the hotel is stunning,intresting and freindly a really nice place to stay ,thats a bit different from the norm !
