  It was clean, ikea-styled, everything worked automaticly, code to doors. Full kitchen equipment: oven, toaster, water heater. We had baby cot too. It is close to te East Ham city center, and East Ham underground station.   The Reception Staff were extremely efficient, welcoming and helpful. Check in was hassle free - as was check out. We used the Room Service facility - the food that we ordered was extremely good and the service was very fast - we were very surprised at the speed our food arrived. I would most definitely recommend the hotel.
