The room was excellent, bed very comfortable and great TV in the room. All the staff were very friendly and could not help enough.
Breakfast the following morning was to a high standard served in the the restaurant which i ate in the night before, it has a great atmosphere at night and the food was also very good. - stunning from start to finish!!

Very good value for money. Was a lottle put off on first arriving by the appearance on the outside - which gave a very tiered and run down impression. However as they say 'never judge a book by its cover'!! Room looked as it it had recently been done up - very clean - linen/towels were clean and smelt fresh. Food in the Toby was usual standard

Very good value for money. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom recently re-furbished to a high standard. Easy to find and with sufficient parking space, which is free. Good choice of food for evening meal and breakfast, all well prepared and very reasonably priced. As a lone female traveller I felt very safe and would use the venue again if I were working in the area.

When staying in Doncaster I have stayed at a number of hotels, this visit I decided I need to be money savey so I made the decision to go budget, I didn't care about all the luxuries I just wanted a bed for the night, I read the reviews about this place being in the red light district and thought sod it I wanted cheap accommodation I got it..

Janet the host was lovely, willing to help in any way possible. We forgot toothpaste and face wipes but she was on hand to help. Breakfast was exactly how we wanted it and she went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.
We were worried about the shared bathroom but it wasn't bad at all, we didnt see another person use it, and there are actually 2 toilets and a sink in our room so you could still bath/shower without worrying about keeping people waiting. Less than a mile from the

It had the convenience of being above a pub, which provided lovely food/ meals, but amazingly, none of the noise made it upstairs, which made the room quiet and homely. I would recommend anyone to stay here! Thank you!
