  It is a small business, and I was impressed that they followed up a few questions I had. They did this the same day I booked out, so the speed of wanting to clarify issues was excellent.   Great value for money! Staff worked really hard (they were there before we started our day and still there when we ended our day). The cleanliness could not be faulted - if you want a clean and budget hotel this is the one for you. Food was good (home cooked on the premises - not sure how they find the time) and pretty good value for money; bar... hva folk sier » was limited, but had all we wanted. Breakfast was included and again cannot be faulted - thanks, will stay again next time we are around - There is nothing bad to be said about this hotel. Staff are very friendly and show you to your room. Rooms are lovely and clean. Very quiet, despite being so close to the airport. The owners dog is beautiful, and friendly. Later check out was arranged for me with no problem at all. This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and I will most definately stay there again.

  ALL staff very friendly, couldn't do enough. I arived late, about 10.30. p.m., there was a warm greeting, there was the did I need anything extra, and the phone no. for if I did. The pillow with the firmness corner, that was a great touch. That sort of special feeling even at 6.45 a.m. over breakfast, and being able to have tinned tomotes or fr... hva folk sier » esh. A good selection of breaksast items. What more can I say. - The room was a lovely size for 4 of us.The bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was set out brilliantly and it catered for all our tastes especially our youngest who asked for a bacon butty with no butter on the bread ! We certainly be using Premier Inns from now on.

  Came to spend anniversary with husband. Staff we're very friendly and even ordered us halal chicken for our lunch! Had an amazing treatment at the spa and everyone was just so friendly and approachable! We even forgot a personal greeting card in our room when we checked out and the staff ever so nicely posted it out to us the following morning. Comfortable beds too. the staff are very polite, we even got a lift to the restaurant (the clubhouse) 3 minutes away, because they didn't want us to wander around in the dark.
