The man on night duty, he was really kind & friendly & made me as a solo woman feel very safe! I had advised the hotel i would be arriving around 1.00 am & as I pulled up in the dark this man was at the door waiting , fantastic service! -

Recently refurbished so decor of a high standard, room of a good size, extremely comfortable and we were lucky enough to have a fantastic view over the river. Although we were told the hotel was full, there was very little noise to disturb us. Nice touches include hairdryer, iron and ironing board in room, always very useful. - the inn was very old

Excellent value and high standard. Ensuite, tea & coffee, TV, and everything beautifully clean. The hosts are friendly and helpful, whilst not intrusive, and the location is great for University of Warwick. Peaceful location whilst handy for the motorways. We chose to have the optional breakfast - superb. We will use this again while son is at university there.

Friendly, welcoming and very helpful staff with an excellent menu of lovely home cooked food - the steak and ale pie and the full English breakfast were particularly good. Everything you could possibly need in the rooms, even biscuits which was a nice touch. Very clean with lovely large white fluffy towels and a powerful shower. This was our third stay at the Oak and we will certainly be staying here again when we are next in the area

I found all that I required and more.I was particularly impressed that as I had need of an accessible bath or shower [my hip replacement was troubling me and I had booked a disabled room]I was phoned prior to my visit by a member of staff to assure me and to prepare them for the possibility of my requiring help should I need to leave my room in a hurry.I thought this a deed of ' going the second mile' and it reflected the spirit of the care we all received from the staff. Lovely clean room & bathroom, bed was very comfy. Great value, only downside would be anyone looking for other facilities as it's really just accomodation only & gets top marks for that, I will be back same time next year. -

Hilton breakfast was fantastic, and they offer us a free valentine's package because they gave us a twin room ,we did book a double room. Finally, my boyfriend and I are very satisfy with their serivce. - The hotel is in a quiet location, but well connected and close to the main roads. The facilities are modern and well maintained.
