Lovely place. Chris and Ian were wonderful, attentive hosts. The room was excellent, spacious and tastefully decorated. Chris even went out of his way to arrange cycle hire for us which saved time and was much appreciated. Thoroughly recommended. Very happy with accommodation, very clean, presented well, lovely breakfast proprietors made me very welcome, should I return to location I would have no hesitation to stop at Ellingham house again 5*.

We were made to feel at home...very relaxing and quiet yet still close to beach, shops, restaurants. The owners were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and luxurious. It was quiet and near shops, sea and the railway station. I was very impressed. There was such attention to detail in the decor and facilities in this lovely B&B. I was given a warm personal welcome and a delicious breakfast. A real gem. Excellent room,excellent decor, Good location.friendly hosts, Would definitely stay again. Very clean, Room was massive. Well done Ellingham House. When I first arrived I got a very warm welcome lovely traditional rooms My bathroom for room 3 was as big as my bedroom everything was perfect. Lovely owners. Very helpful. Unfortunately I cannot find fault with this accommodation should be 6 star B&B. Nothing. Described as boutique but I feel decor whilst in good repair a little dated for description. At £92 perhaps a little expensive for what it was though we would use again. No dislikes. Nothing it was all great but would like to suggest some light music at breakfast time as silences between guests can be a little awkward. Nothing!. Everything no complaints whatsoever. No Dislikes. room not en-suite although superb bathroom was exclusive to room 3. Limited parking off road but not a major problem to be honest as the venue is in a fairly quiet road. Bathroom not ensuite. They didn't have good customer service. I didn't see water bottle The towels were very dirty.
