Friendly welcoming reception. Couldn't find our booking because it was listed under our first names (joined together) instead of our last name. Thankfully, since we are Hilton Honors members and could give them our member number, they found it that way! But other than that, our stay was flawless. The close proximity to the airport is great! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) that takes you right to the door. Arrange a room with breakfast included, it's worth it. Service is well above average to say the least! The gym was well equipped for a bit of a work out before trying to get some sleep prior to the early flight the next day. You are a captive audience here, as there is nothing else around, but the hotel has plenty to offer for a short stop before continuing on your journey. Hig

I liked the staff they were very helpful in giving us a better room for only an extra £5 without having been asked to do so. The room was nice the bed comfortable with a tv, the bathroom was lovely and clean, they offered us food for breakfast. I was only there for one night and don't know how they could have been better -

Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well. Very convenient for Terminal 5 just a few minutes walk to the bus which
takes you to the door of the hotel.about 10 mins or less, good welcome
easy to find. In a pretty village (before someone plonked an airport
next door) pubs and couple of shops. Early morning local high class taxi
firm took me to airport in 6 minutes for reasonable cost. Plus you can
smoke just outside your room if you book a terrace! Frankly I would
charge more but don't tell them that.

The owners are extremely helpful and want to make sure that you have a good stay. They even brought in a portable heater while we were out without us asking for it. The shower is fantastic and the beds are very comfortable. This is a good location for easy access Heathrow (15 min) and a 2 min walk to Langley train station with access to London.

It is a small and cute bed and breakfast with really friendly owners who give advice on anything you'd like to know! You easily take the hoppa h5 bus from terminal 5 from heathrow, 4,50 single or 8 pound return. It's a few min from the airport right next to the holiday inn express.
The tv in the room is nice and the bathroom is clean and good as well. There is a supermarket next door and m&s supermarket in the gas station, nice fresh fruit etc. there are restaurants in the holiday inn expre

I received a great welcome from Pam who showed me to the room which was clean and comfortable. I slept extremely well despite being next to a busy road. The free WiFi worked very well indeed. There is a Toby Carvery and Harvester within walking distance for good value food. All in all great value, I would definitely recommend it.
