The location of the hotel was within walking distance of the racecourse and town centre we didn't use the car all weekend (the hotel had a large car park). We actually stayed at apartments on Evesham Rd. , Managed by the same guy Lee, He really went above and beyond his duty to make our stay pleasant, Nice clean apartment, (cleaned during stay, towel change etc. as well) really well located for Horse racing and Bars Restaurants etc. would definitely recommend. 5 stars -

Our courteous booking in lady. She took on board my 60th birthday celebration, and sent a glass of bubbly to the room. The same lady sorted out the fact that someone turned our 'service the room' hanger around to 'do not disturb' when we returned early evening, someone's idea of a jolly jape!

My wife reckoned that Hilden House was the best B & B she's ever stayed in. For me, (the husband) well how could I disagree? The proprietors - An Irishman and a Kiwi - made all the difference between HH being just an ordinary B & B and one of excellence. HH was the latter of course in our book, and without a doubt we'll sign up here again

Friendly welcome. Everywhere was spotless.I liked the large flat screen T.V. which was gleaming! The fact that gluten free toast was offered was a nice touch. The complimentary toiletries were very welcome as was the thoughtful addition of a pack of tissues rather than an open box. I felt very welcome and as a solo traveller would stay again.

Quite simply one of the best places we have stayed in ever. From the moment of our arrival until the time we left, Guy and Robert and their team made us so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The room and facilities was first class, the public areas likewise, the breakfasts quite special and the location/ parking availability perfect for exploring Cheltenham and the surrounds. Highly recommend.
