  The staff were excellent, very friendly and great service. We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system. It was remedied with no fuss or problem

  Great location, good price, friendly staff, great leisure facilities,lovely modern room with some character. Didn't eat here so cannotcomment about food but menu and bar looked good. - Staff were welcoming, helpful and the food was fantastic and above all the bed was really comfortable. Would heartily recommend.

  I cannot fault this hotel. I stayed with my partner and our dog and the staff made us all feel exceptionally welcome. The room was extremely comfortable, the food was excellent and the overall ambience was quiet, relaxed and luxurious. - a very relaxing atmosphere, staff were very helpfull, the food was very well prepared and a comprehensive gym ... hva folk sier » and the swiming pool was exellent.

  Stayed in an apartment not hotel. Ideally situated, great value and extremely clean and comfortable. Will definitely return. Lady booking us in was extremely helpful. - It was quite close to the city centre - only a 20 minute walk. \It wasvery secure and the apartment was immaculate and well presented.

  Nice welcome on arrival. Good sized room with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Our room was on the road side of the building and as it was a warm night we needed the window open. Noise from the traffic was quite loud. Decided to eat in the restaurant and I'm so glad we did. What a fantastic dinner! Exceptionally well presented and superb to eat. The staff - The staff. The General Manager (Gerry) and/or Neil were often present to ensure that the needs of our group of 8 "mature gentlemen" were catered for. All the staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. We all enjoyed the breakfast and dinner experiences. Thanks to the staff for helping to make a great rugby weekend - despite the result of the big match! We'll be back!
