These brand new apartments are located within walking distance to the city centre and the train stations,they are very well equipped with modern furniture and appliances. I also asked to check in earlier than the usual time and I was punctually met by Daniel who showed me the apartment and made sure that everything was working fine before leaving.The apartments are extremely quiet and reserved and you don't have even to worry to check out on your departure. Excellent customer service overall. I.

We booked a studio apartment and got upgraded to a 2 bedroom penthouse. Fantastic views of the city, excellent central location. Furnished to very high standard and spacious. Check-in process was very efficient. Excellent place, would highly recommend to visitors. Great to have a member of staff meet you and show you round. Kitchen was very well equipped and had all of the essentials. All areas were a good size, well laid out and clean. Convenient location for the station and city centre. Was very kindly upgraded by Daniel to a two bedroomed apartment overlooking the river with balcony as my original requested apartment wasn't available, top customer service. My first choice when staying in Bristol. Very well equipped apartments, clean, great location, comfy bed, great shower, home from home. Just perfect! Looked New although it is 5 years old. this is purely personal, but I hate venetian blinds in a bedroom. O.k., they are slim ,elegant, neat and modern but they just do not work in preventing light. After night one we had to visit Boots to buy sleep masks it was so bright in the night. Air-con didn't work in master bedroom. Very bright from early in the morning so bring an eye mask if the light disrupts your sleep. Bathroom fan took a while to switch off. There was a bit of noise from outside - which is to some extent inevitable with a City centre location. I would prefer curtains to Venetian blinds. The only thing i wished for was 2nd room to be twin beds. otherwise all was perfect. Thanks. Nothing at all!. I would prefer a king size bed rather than a double. We loved it all. Bread/other cutting knives had rust marks on them. Probably due to being taken from the dishwasher and put straight in the holder without drying. The kitchen/dining/living space was quite cramped. Fine for a couple, but not ideal if, like us, you have a young child. bed was a bit uncomfortable. Lack of music facilities for ipod. Bulb missing in lounge light therefore short of low lighting. Bed was a tad on the soft side for my partners' tastes (I loved it). While the dryer is effective, it is quite noisy. We had a extra bed for my 6 yr old daughter. This was very uncomfortable as the mattress was very thin. no tv in bedrooms.. Microwave didn't work properly. Initially hard to find with satnav. Name of road that Finzels Reach is on needs to be mentioned. Didn't see any instruction guides in flat for dishwasher, etc. the king bed was small, it is actually queen size bed :(. High windows in our particular apartment & a little smaller than expected. Nothing, all was great. Very disturbed by noise of seagulls throughout the night although understand inevitability given waterside position which was lovely. Nothing. Everything was perfect. Wifi was very poor in the bedroom,. The kitchen could have been better equipped. I like to cook!!. Lounge area was a little small for the 4 of us. Flat was very small. Sofa too short. More milk for tea. All fine for a weekend stay. bed not very comfortable - mattress too soft. No full length mirror. nothing. Very small bedroom. No Draw space.
