Loved the apartment, it was a great size and had a lovely vibe. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom and shower were very good. Everything was well presented and clean for our arrival and we had all of the facilities we needed, including kitchen utensils.

Steve the manager was amazingly helpful and friendly. The 2 double bed apartment was fabulous, large bedrooms and living spaces well equipped kitchen in central location.

balcon. Clean, tidy real bit of private space much better than a hotel. Good access to shops/restaurants. Walking distance from Temple Meads.
The lack of private/free parking was difficult, but we ended up finding some free on street parking about a ten minute walk away. I was unimpressed by the £7.50 a day charge for WiFi, would expect for this to be included in the price of the room.
Nothing everything was fantastic.
Unfortunately we only had 1 key between the 4 of us though this was due to previous guests not returning it, so not the managements fault.
The compulsory check-in between 3 and 6pm.

It was all excellent.
batteries in remote dead. some more decoration would be good, pictures or dried flowers etc.
Some bits of furniture are a little rough around the edges.
Some basics absent in kitchen -
e.g. cafetiere.
No mirror other than bathroom, milk was off and no hair drier. The apartment looked worn.
No clear designed area for household garbage.
The instructions to get there took you on a round about walk possible 1 km too much. A more direct route was obvious on town map. Ask for map at station. Building difficult to find not sign posted. In all with walking and looking for building took an extra hour of my time in the rain.

Shower/bath water only luke warm, so no chance to have a bath. Turned thermostat but did not make a difference.
Bed a little too hard.
bath. No shampoo in the bathroom - picky i know but can't think of anything else. Personally didn't like the chocolate and wine left but chargeable. Should be complimentary or don't bother.
