  I really enjoyed my stay at De Rougemont Manor Hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The cooked breakfasts were generous. Everything I used, such as bedroom, washing facilities, were very comfortable and high standard. As a disabled person all my requests for help were satisfied well and I did not feel my needs were not sat... hva folk sier » isfied in any way. I would readily refer any friends/family/aquantancies to use the Rougemont Hotel if they ever require hotel accommodation if they a - Stayed here after Premier Inn was full, so glad we did! Only staayed a night, reception were really friendly, Breakfast is excellent, large family room for myself and a friend, great location with plenty of parking, just 5 minutes into Brentwood. Great stay would definitely stay again!

  When we booked online we were given a room within the guest house. Shortly afterwards we were called and offered an apartment as the guest house was actually full. When we arrived we were given keys to a ground floor flat opposite the guest house. It was lovely and spacious. The staff were very nice, Although we were told online there was no break... hva folk sier » fast and that we had to vacate the room by 11am. That was'nt the case. Breakfast was included and we were left until midday. No complaints from me. Pe - explained my uncle who was travelling with me, was 86 and not so mobile, we were put in a new addition to the guesthouse a ground floor flat. Clean, 2 double bedrooms, lounge , kitchen, and an excellant full english breakfast, best £82 spent in a while. A Davidson. p.s our 4th or 5th stay.

  Staff were brilliant! One lady in particular, who worked in the restaurant, was really friendly and couldn't do enough to look after us. She was so busy rushing around but still had a smile and took time out to chat, even though it meant she had to work harder. I would be grateful if you could pass our comments on. My daughter and I stayed on Sun 26th August. - This was our first time using a Premier. Value for money was really important for us, we got a very good deal for the room and the fact that our children could eat breakfast for free was fantastic! The room was excellent, very comfortable beds, nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely be using Premier again. Next stop Bournemouth!
