Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service. Plenty of restaurants 5 mins walk away and lots of discount

Very good location, a good supermarket nearby. Ealing broadway tube and railway are withing working distance (15 min). It is a good alternative to the city centre when Picadilly line is closed due to works (as it was in my case). What's is even better Northfields station is even closer (10 munite walk with a heavy bag) and it has service to Heathr

Location is very convenient - just 3 min to South Ealing Picadilly like
station. In case of line closure there is also Ealing Broadway about 15
min on foot. Very close to Heathrow. Room was spacious and very clean.
There was kettle and tea cups in the room. Bathroom was not very large,
but quite comfortable. There was a good water pressure in the shower,
even hot water was flowing ok. There is no breakfast included, but it is
clearly stated and there is a small kitchen on a floor and Sainsbury

The hotel was great - the room was lovely, not massive but more than adequate. The look of the hotel was really nice, very clean and contemporary. The price was very good value for money - although a little out of central London it really wasn't a problem as the tube station is just round the corner and goes straight in on the Piccadilly line.
