The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It had a great relaxed atmosphere.
The room was small, however it had everything we needed. The en-suite was surprisingly roomy.
We could open windows, which is something we like to be able to do. In many hotels it's impossible.
The bed was wonderful! We slept more restfully than we had in months.
We we definitely stay at the Carisbrooke again and we will recommend it to friends.

Staff was helpful. The day we were to check in, my dad had a head cold. They let us check in a few hours early so he could sleep. - The very friendly and helpful staff who were prepared to go the extra mile. The proximity to town centre - within walking distance.

The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

Staff friendliness and professionalism. Leisure facilities complimentary. We were the only ones in there so had pool, sauna and jacuzzi to ourselves. There was no one in the gym either - shame we were only there 1 night. Excellent breakfast. Recommend and would stay there again. Cheaper than travelodge and breakfast included. - Single room was fine
