  The most outstanding feature of this hotel is the owner who makes you feel as if you were staying with a friend. I had an ensuite shower in my room which was tucked in quite well, making the most of the space but the bathroom for rooms without facilities was nearby and looked very nice. The décor is done in 'Beach' style which is very pleasant. ... hva folk sier » The room and public spaces were very clean. The breakfast was lovely. The location is ideal for local shops, gardens and beach and for bus stops to - Top place, extremely nice lady owner, highly recommended. Very very large room (I had a double with my daughter), nicely furnished, Bathroom was in the hallway, but privat, a little bit awkward, I would have preferred en suite, there was a sink in the room, though. WiFi worked. Enough parking space along the streets. Very quiet residential area, bus stop 3 min away, 5-10 min walk to Boscombe Pier (beach), just perfect. I would definitely book again.
